He serves as the executive representative of World Majorettes Sport and is responsible for guiding its overall direction, long-term strategy, and international positioning in cooperation with the Executive Board. 
He represents WMS at the highest international level, leads official negotiations with national federations and their presidents, and ensures the development of global cooperation.
He chairs meetings of the Executive Board and oversees the fulfilment of strategic objectives of the organization.

Jaromír Vápeník

General secretary

He is responsible for the operational management of World Majorettes Sport and for ensuring the effective functioning of its activities.
He oversees the organization of competitions and events, coordinates internal processes, and supports the President in the implementation of strategic decisions.
He participates in official meetings and negotiations together with the President and contributes to the development and stability of the federation.

Membership Manager

She is responsible for the management and administration of the membership base of World Majorettes Sport.
She oversees membership records, registration processes, and communication with member countries, clubs, and affiliated organizations.
She supports the operational activities of the federation and contributes to the coordination of events and internal processes.
